It’s the last month of the year. A time to reflect on the good & not so good. The season of kindness & joy. May your December bring you all of the happiness you can imagine.
It’s important to develop healthy & trusting relationships in therapy. Your therapist should be someone you can talk to & assist you in becoming healthier mentally. Be sure to research therapists in your area to find the right therapist for you. Your mental health matters.
The holiday season is a great time to volunteer. We should give back to the community all year and find ways to support community efforts. Here are a few ways I give back:
-Offer seminars to help encourage and empower others
-Provide consultative and educational services
-Spend time with disadvantaged youth
-Volunteer at Nonprofit Organizations
What are some ways you volunteer? Let me know in the comments.

It takes little effort to be kind. A warm smile, a nice hello, or maybe holding the door open for someone. These are all acts of kindness. Let’s remember to be thoughtful & kind as we go about our day today & the days ahead. Kindness takes you far even if only to put a smile on your own face.
