This project is happening and we are so excited.

Join our amazing team!

This year the Gardens seem to be taking a break... at least that's what we are telling ourselves. And honestly after so many prolific seasons of producing food maybe the gardens know what they're doing 😁

Some perennials are coming on strong, especially the Raspberries which will be ready to pick this week at both Raven Crest Apartments and Life Steps Campus community gardens.

There are also tomatoes nearly ready at Lifesteps and rosemary, chives, and rhubarb.

At Raven Crest the garlic scapes, mint, onions, chives, chamomile, lettuce, and some spinach need harvesting.

Our gardens have always been a project of CHA and through the years we have partnered with diverse and various community groups to plant and tend the gardens.

Seasons change. Varmints remain.

But the gardens, no matter how little or how much they produce, are provided to the Citizens of Casper free of charge by CHA.

We are so grateful to our community for showing up and shareing the love with us last Thursday as we cleaned up from vandals at the new Willard Envision Center.

Community comes together to clean vandalized former elementary school Just two weeks after the former Willard Elementary School was vandalized, the community came together yesterday morning, and organized a clean up event to try and help undo some of the damage.
