Athlete Spotlight - Heidi Knoll 🌟

Heidi is a longtime Perfect Skating client and has trained with us in the Ottawa area for over a decade. She played her minor hockey for the Nepean Wildcats before committing to play for Syracuse University. She is a great ambassador for our brand and now works for us part-time as an on-ice movement coach in the off-season.

Athlete Spotlight - Cameron Butler 🌟

Cameron has been a longtime PS client of over 10 years. He played 4 seasons in the OHL splitting his time between Peterborough, Niagara and then finishing with the Oshawa Generals. At the end of last season he signed his ELC with the . The 6’4 winger has spent the majority of this season with AHL affiliate but most recently got his first call up to the show! He’s continued to impress early in his pro career and we can’t wait to see what’s next!

Athlete Spotlight - Sean McGurn 🌟

The former London Knights captain and OHL standout made huge headlines as his undefeated UNB Reds won the USports National Championship going a perfect 38-0. Sean had a great rookie season putting up 29 points (9 goals and 20 assists) in 30 games. The longtime PS client has been a pleasure to work with over the years and has developed into a great two way player!

Shawn Allard is a former professional hockey player and is the worlds most sought after Movement and Performance Coach for NHL athletes. A former European Elite League Head Coach and full time NHL Skating and Skills Coach with the Nashville Predators, Shawn has pioneered the NHL Movement, Skill and Performance industry.
