It's time to start sharing recipes again. I mean after all it is winter and what else is there do do but eat. I hope to inspire you to make something great!!
Cut loin in 2 inch sections, butterfly and pound. Dredge in flour, buttermilk and then into cracker crumbs (with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and pepper). Fry in oil. Easy and DELISH.
Making cheesy crock pot hashbrowns today
1- 26- 32 oz. frozen hashbrowns
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1- 10.5 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup onion
2 cups cheese
1/2 cup butter (melted)
salt & pepper to taste.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, add to crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!

Hot turkey sandwiches
Cabbage rolls
1 head of cabbage
1.5 lbs of ground beef
3/4 cup minute rice ( raw, straight from box)
yellow onion (diced)
1 14.5 oz can of tomatoes (your choice)
1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
1 egg
shredded mozerella cheese
salt, pepper, and spices of choice.....garlic, basil, ect...
In large pot boil some salted water.
Peel the outer leaves off of of the cabbage head. Cutting out the core may help.
place leaves in salted water to blanch and soften. (about 5 minutes or so)
In large bowl mix together ground beef, minute rice, yellow onion, egg, one fourth of the can of tomato sauce.
seperate into 8 small elongated meatballs
place beef mixture in center of cabbage leaf and roll it up like a egg roll. Repeat for all 8
place in baking dish and pour remaining sauce and canned tomatoes over rolls.
bake at 350 for apx 1 hr. Cover with foil to keep from drying out. Top with cheese

I just made the prettiest bacon lettuce and tomatoe salad:0) It's got big chunks of red and yellow tomatoes along with real bacon and topped with bacon bits. I added a little green pepper, and a couple different kinds of shredded cheese. It's amazing what you can throw together when you think you have no groceries. Mmmmm...... don't forget the croutons!
Gonna fry some drumsticks for supper. I think i might try double dipping them in an egg and flour coating. Yummy!!!!
Time to stuff and wrap some more jalapenos.
I've tried to like whole wheat pasta...I just DON"T!!!! ICKY

Just tried an off brand of hamburger helper and i have to say it looked and tasted just as disgusting as name brand.
Super easy meatball subs tonight:0)
Stuffed Jalapenos
whole jalapenos
cream cheese
flaked imitation crab meat (alaskan po***ck)
sliced bacon
minced garlic
finely chopped onion
salt/pepper
Wearing rubber gloves remove tops from peppers
slice longways and remove seeds and pulp
dice crab meat and in mixing bowl add cheese and all other ingredients except bacon.
mix well.

Chicken noodle soup was quite yummy♥
Chicken noodle soup[
1 large skinless chicken breast
2 to 3 skinless chicken thighs, boiled and cubed
1 small bag baby carrots
2 celery stalks cleaned and chopped
1 yellow onion cleaned and chopped
3 small potatoes cleaned and cubed (optional.....i like potato in mine)
chicken stock or bouillon
salt and pepper

Thank goodness for Stoffers!!! Mama bird does NOT feel like cooking.
Ranch cheese burgers and homade potato salad:0)
Sausage & Peppers
1 ring sausage or polish kielbasa (can use 2 rings to double recipe)
1 green peppers
1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 purple onion
1 yellow onion both cut all veggies into strips
boxed penne pasta
slice kielbasa into strips or chunks
sautee in skillet until brown
remove from skillet and add veggies
cook until soft
add kielbasa
serve over penne pasta with parmesan cheese

Made chili last night so guess what we're having tonight??? Yep you guessed it. Chili cheese dogs:0) Yummy!!! One of my favorite comfort foods.

what's everybody NOT cooking tonight?
Thinking of maybe makin some blender drinks this weekend. Does anybody have any good recipes. Mudslides are always good, as are strawberry daiquiris. Mmmmmmm my mouth is already watering.
I'm thinking tonight calls for bean with bacon soup and grilled cheeses. Simple yet DEELISH!!!
I managed to get the refrigerator cleaned out without eating any leftovers in the process:0) That's no smal task considering how much i love leftovers.
