There are all kinds of scams in real estate. If you are truly interested in selling, please contact a reputable brokerage.
Make sure that you were getting your fair market value out of your home. Cash sound great but not if they are underpaying you by thousands of dollars.

I'll be happy to give you a CMA, which is a brokerages version of an appraisal, at no charge.

I can't stand to see my friends and neighbors taking advantage of.

Congratulations to Trevor Bratton, 17, of Greenville on harvesting this male black bear Oct. 20 on public land in the Zone 2 portion of Oregon County. He has no official weight for the bear. He was one of 12 Missouri hunters to harvest a bear this season.
