Yesterday we bid farewell to over one thousand campers and then almost immediately welcomed over one thousand new ones! Our staff worked diligently and joyfully between groups to clean and prepare the campgrounds for round 2, then greeted everyone with smiling faces and jumped straight into another crazy week.

It's getting so close...we are ready for people to meet Jesus at camp this summer!

We are looking to add a few more to our maintenance and grounds crew team!

We want to find both full time and part time staff! We have awesome benefits and some housing available for full-time.

If you aren't able to fully commit to part time or full time hours but would like to volunteer with mowing w**d eating or general building maintenance we would LOVE to have you!

With several cabins, lodges, buildings and over 500 acres there's plenty to do!

I spent a little time at Revelation Point tonight. A beautiful view with Ft. Worth in the distance. Even more distant and more beautiful...the moon, stars.

I've spent many an hour praying alone in this spot through the years. Usually Psalm 8 comes to mind: "When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have set in place; What is man that You think of him, and a son of man that You are concerned about him?"

Countless groups of children and teens have also come here for campfire devotions over the past 75 years. Singing songs, praying, hearing truth, sharing their story with new friends. While creation makes each of us feel small and insignificant, the next word of that Psalm comes clearly. "Yet..."

Yet...we are not insignificant in God's eyes.
Yet...He created us.
Yet...He crowns us.
Yet...He's given us work to do.

His name is majestic and we can believe with the psalmist that God is not through with us...yet.
