Racing Minds ATX encourages ALL levels of runners and walkers to participate in our events. We just want to get you out of the house to celebrate whatever it is that your body can do. Here are some FAQs from our Race Guide:
Can I run with my kids?
Sure! You can run the KidsK alongside your child without registering, but we will ask you to let those running independently start first. Adults with kids should line up
toward the back. We ask that all runners be registered for the 5K or 1 mile, even if just running with your kids.

Can adults participate in the 1 mile?
Of course! However, awards are only for ages 14 and under in this distance.

Are strollers ok? YES! How about dogs? YES!

What if I really want to run the 5K but my kids are too big for a stroller and have no one to stay with them? We can find volunteers to help! Let us know at the registration table.

Registered Racing Minds Halloween Hustle runners! Important info just went out by email, including our race guide. Here are some highlights:

Packet Pickup (3 options)
Friday from 4-6pm at Fleet Feet Austin (Gateway 360/183) - 15% in-store discount!
Saturday from 10am-12pm at Lakeline Park (near restrooms)
Sunday (race day!) from 7-8:30am (near the start, upper lot)

Race start times: 8:45am (KidsK) and 9:00am (5K and 1 mile)
Location: Lakeline Park - 1510 Alexis Dr., Cedar Park Parks & Recreation

All finishers of all distances receive unique medals as you cross the finish line. Overall, Masters and Age Group awards/medals will be presented after all runners finish. You'll find a QR code to scan results near the check-in table. If you make the podium, please stick around if you can!

Costumes are encouraged, of course!

Let’s take a moment to remember our very first event at Lakeline Park last October, 1 year ago today! We’ve come so far thanks to our amazing community and your incredible support. Join us outdoors again next Sunday for a boost to both your physical and mental health! There’s just one week left to register for the Racing Minds Halloween Hustle! The KidsK kicks off at 8:45 AM, followed by the timed 5K and 1-mile run at 9am. Feel free to bring dogs and strollers, and costumes are definitely encouraged! It’s your race, at your pace! Let's go!

DripDrop has donated several sample packs of their very effective rehydration mix. We will have more to hand out at packet pick up and on race day while they last!

Finally, KidStrong Cedar Park / KidStrong North Austin has been out to our Run Club races and will be at the Halloween Hustle to help warm up our younger kids. They also have some offers for our families to share in the race packet!

Week 2 of Run Club is in the books! Another HOT one but the kids (and parents!) did great! Times will be emailed in the next few days, but there were for sure many improvements. Be sure to tag us in your photos and videos. See you next Sunday for our final week and MEDALS for all to celebrate.

Sunday Runday is here! We will see you all at Lakeline Park this afternoon for week 2 of our series. If you're signed up for the series, you should have received an email with lots of details on Friday. PLEASE remember your bibs and water bottles. Also, bring extra shade if you'd like, because it's the summer that won't end! If you did not get your bibs and shirt last week, please show BEFORE 3:30 to do so.
