❄️ Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation experience, helping students move towards a state of deep relaxation, inviting profound changes in your mind, body, and spirit for the year ahead.

This immersive full-body listening experience intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful energetic shifts using singing bowls, chimes, and the gong all while you are softly held in an aerial hammock cocoon.

Sound Healing used as a meditative process counters our stress response by invoking the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows heart rate, reduces blood pressure, and activates the body's natural restorative process.

Join and as they hold space for an exclusive experience you'll never forget.

✨Join Tiffany for an afternoon of spiritual guidance and sound healing.✨

We will begin with a guided meditation to clear and open our space together, followed by a group oracle card reading.

The reading can be used to inspire you or to help you develop an intention for your sound journey.

You will be invited to lay down with props for support in restorative yoga poses to receive the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.

This is an intimate event for people who are looking for guidance and are open to receive support in other healing modalities.
