Christmas 🎄 snack anyone???
Hi Folks, it pains and saddens me as I write this because we love cooking for people. We have so much fun and love everyone’s feedback, but it’s been a real tough road since we started. If you didn’t know, Chris, our pit master needs major reconstructive surgery on his shoulder. Good old COVID is preventing him getting his appointment needed to get this done. 10 months and 2 weeks and counting. This weekend was going to hopefully get his mind off it all. Well it only made it worse. He is in a lot of pain.
With all that said, we are determined to still get our spot or a little food truck hopefully by 2021 and back in full force!!! Thank you for all your support and love of our food!! That truly makes our hearts and fat bellies happy!!
See you all in 2021!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

This Friday deliveries starting at 2pm, then 4pm and 6pm! Alot of people have asked about Brisket, so we are super excited to finally showcase that!
Orders for Friday's plate will be open till 11am but of course encourage to order sooner as brisket sandwiches are limited! Yum! Let's get this weekend started off right with some good food and good people to enjoy it with!!

Hey guys! What a Halloween. Different year all together!! Well, we want you to take your mind away from all that for a bit and think bbq. Hot summer days... gathering around a bbq or two with friends. Eating, laughing, games, music, life. That’s what bbq takes us back to. Take your mind off of everything and just enjoy some good ol’ traditional BBQ at great prices that don’t make you fall over cause of price, but you will fall over from having a stuffed belly! Eating good food shouldn’t be hard to get and unreachable!
Until we get a place to hang our BBQ hat we will be offering a featured item every week from our menu. Taking orders all week and delivering throughout Skamania County Fridays at three time windows! The cool thing is if the item is popular we like to feature it again the following week. I mean yum! Who doesn’t want the same thing twice.

THANK YOU to everyone that ordered with us Friday! So glad you loved our Pulled Pork Sandwiches! This week we will be featuring our special types of chicken! All our chicken is smoked and then seared to perfection with our special housemade dry rub and slathered lightly with our Bourbon Sauce! Yum! I'm getting hungry talking about it!
As always we deliver throughout Skamania County. Lunch service starts at noon. First person gets delivery at noon, and will schedule accordingly with individuals after that. We have had too many people waiting too long or missed their food all together! That is not how we want to operate. I appreciate everyone's understanding through all our trials and tribulations. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SEEING IT ALL THROUGH WITH US. We are so excited to grow more within this community and continue to be the only BBQ delivery service in Skamania whom cooks fresh smoked local foods at reasonable prices!
