Sugarloaf Mountain asked us to refresh their terminals. Can you tell what changed?! We think it looks awesome!

We had the opportunity to help make Bear Creek Mountain Resort’s lift look a little nicer with freshly painted towers.
They take their hospitality seriously, even when it comes to their contractors.
We can’t wait to help them out again next year!

Supervisor needed

High Peaks Painting, LLC of Escanaba is the country's largest provider of painting services to the ski lift industry is looking for a SUPERVISOR.

Must be hard working, team oriented, and safety conscious. Individuals must be willing to travel extensively throughout the New England region and Midwest during the summer.

Requirements include:
1. Valid driver’s license (chauffer’s endorsement a plus)
2. Prior industrial painting experience strongly preferred but will train the right individual
3. General knowledge of airless spray equipment preferred but not required
4. Willing to work hard and work long hours (40 to 60 per week, sometimes more)
5. Ability to travel extensively throughout the summer
6. Must be physically fit enough to climb towers, periodically walk on steep surfaces, lift 70 to 100 lbs occasionally
7. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights on average of 35’ high
8. Ability to safely operate mechanical tools such as grinders, scrapers, paint sprayers, and other misc tools
9. Ability to safely operate ATV’s on steep and uneven terrain

Additional Qualities:
1. Be an individual that takes ownership of his/ her work
2. Must be a problem solver (Think outside of the box)
3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance
4. Work safely

Pay/ Benefits:
1. Wage based on experience and qualifications $23 to $25/ hour
2. Weekly Per diem to offset meals
3. Company owned vehicle while on the job
4. All lodging paid for and handled by employer
*The only expense is food which is offset by the per diem
