Had to share this review on yelp that came in today! Your reviews mean so much to us. “Truly have never had such an incredible experience! Parents AC went out of the rental home they're in. Landlord was not willing to get someone over there till tomorrow. My Mother is 83 and my Father is very ill with Parkinson's and is not able to walk. Point in case is that it was not a situation anyone would want you to have their Parents wait till tomorrow when it's 92 degrees at 10pm. Found climates online and they had a chat feature. An employee first text me back right away and then called me, based on my urgency to get it fixed tonight. She advised that the owner did not live far and he could come by and likely fix fairly quickly as it's a 2019 home. She also conveyed that if he could not fix, he would run to Walmart and pick up a portable unit for them and set it up. I kept thinking I was misunderstanding what she said b/c who does that kind of service these days? She was amazing. I felt like it was a family member jumping through hoops to help us out. So, I've shared my experience b/c when you know, you know!”

Immediate Need! All let’s please gather together and help this fellow Celina mom out. Their daughter is a good friend of my son’s. This family suffered the loss of their home, farm, livestock and family vehicles in the Celina tornado on May 25th and when I asked her what her needs were she simply said blankets and hot meals. This family of 8 are all currently living in one rv that has no electric or hot water still. The storm yesterday even took their RV canopy off so they can’t catch a break. The dad is a disabled vet and the mom is a stay at home mom because they have 5 kids. They moved from Colorado to come help their father in law out so the insurance isn’t covering her family of 7 at all since they haven’t had a chance to change over their rental coverage. When I asked what she needed, she simply asked for blankets and hot meals since they have no way of storing groceries. She said Grace Bridge made them burgers today, but that is not a frequent thing. I told her I would get the word out to let people know there are still needs and to please not forget about those affected as time goes on because things are not getting better just yet. Thank you all!

Meal Train for The Aragonez Family This family suffered the loss of their home, farm, livestock and family vehicles in the Celina Texas tornado on May 25th 2024. Marcus and Grace have 5 children, whom all survived and live with their father in law. Insurance is not covering the family of 5 since they just moved from Colorado to help....

I know we have had calls come in today and we are sorry we had to push them off, but we have been hard at work helping those from the devastation in Celina today. This is truly heartbreaking and they really need volunteers still if you can! Thank you for your understanding!

Earth Day serves as a reminder to Custom Climates and all HVAC professionals that we directly contribute to protecting the environment from harmful chemicals and gases.
