Honoring and remembering all those who were brave and stood up for our country to give us a life of freedom. We dont know all the men and women that served and died, but we owe them.
This is my grandfathers headstone at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. He did not die in the Navy but his body sure took a toll. I am grateful that he survived so I had the privilege to meet one of the smartest and silliest man I know. 🤍

Mortgage insurance and what you should know:
-If mortgage insurance weren't available borrowers would need to have 20% down. A long time to wait to buy a home.
-Mortgage insurance coverage requirements vary by mortgage loan program.
-The Lender applies for and arranges the mortgage insurance for a conventional loan through a third party, while FHA, USDA and VA loans automatically provide the insurance (funding fee).
-Mortgage insurance premiums will vary based on LTV and Fico score.
-The cost of mortgage insurance can vary from lender to lender. Each lender securing the best MI premiums based on their volume.
-Mortgage insurance options are available to the buyer so that the loan can be structured to accommodate their financial needs. For instance, mortgage insurance can be paid monthly, upfront, or financed depending on your circumstances and chosen loan program. The seller can pay certain forms of mortgage insurance.
-Mortgage Insurance should not be confused with Homeowner’s Insurance. Homeowner’s insurance protects the property. Mortgage Insurance protects the lender in the event of default.
