We'll be teaching a kids yoga class during Art Camp, on the 14th! Contact the Jewett Area Chamber of Commerce to sign up!

The Games, Yoga, and More Camp for June 6-10 has been cancelled. If you are planning to have your child attend Art Camp and/or Cheer Camp please go ahead and get them signed up. Space is limited for Art Camp. Call or text 903.626.4202 or email [email protected] to register.

In class we give our kids tools to breathe, slow down, and be mindful of how they're feeling. These are fantastic tools for emotion regulation and behavior management that we encourage kids to take "off the mat". These tools have become more important now than ever! 🌱🧘🏻‍♀️
