Tip: Add some photos to your Google My Business listing.

When you do a Google search from a phone, if you scroll down the page you will see a "Search by photos" section where photos added by you or a customer will appear. The more relevant photos you add the higher the likelihood of your business appearing first, which is of course where you want to be.

Well, you are the hero to us ;) If you want your marketing to resonate with your customer you need to show them how your product will help them survive and thrive. How your product or service is going to make their lives better, simpler, more fulfilling. Your logo is awesome. Your company building and vehicles are really nice. Your mission statement was probably written by really smart people, it sounds like it was written by lawyers. All that stuff is important - and it equally confuses your customer and muddies your message. Communicate to your customer how you can help them and you will win.

Reach people where they are. Does Tony avoid Facebook and only read Email? Does Jordan live on Instagram and not know what Email is? Does Evelyn not own a smart phone, but like receiving a post card in the mail?

Bottom line, there are likely several quality ways to market to your customer. Your customers are diverse, the ways you market to them should be as well.

It’s easy to be thankful when the sun is shining, when your business is flowing, when your day passes by truly stress free.
Then there are the days when it’s raining, when no one is saying yes, when you are putting out fire after fire.
Do you see these days as a chance to stay the course, do the things you should be doing, see problems as opportunities?
We have found that when you are grateful for what you have, the good and the bad, it not only creates opportunity, but changes your attitude to a more positive one.
Today, and every Thanksgiving, we are grateful for our clients, friends, and the challenges we face everyday.

Happy International Lefthander's Day to our favorite lefthander, Joe Nuxhall. Linguistically, he was no Vin Scully, but "Hamilton" Joe understood the beauty of effective communication.
Listeners knew Nuxhall was on the mic when they tuned in and heard the sound of the game in the background, AKA, DEAD AIR. Baseball is a slower game, the listening audience often listens to in the background of their lives, and his limited commentary style complemented the slow moving game.
But...when a player connected with a pitch and sent it soaring over the outfield fence you would often hear Nuxhall in the background screaming "Get outta here!" or "Get up, get up!"
He signed off every broadcast with the line, "This is the Old Lefthander, rounding third and heading for home."
He is also known for being the youngest player ever in Major League Baseball, at 15, when the MLB was short of players during the second World War.
