Our Associate Appreciation Day event in Chadds Ford, PA headquarters was a great success! Flagship celebrated with teams across our three sites. Highlights included an impressive display of desserts celebrating our diverse culture, and the contribution of over 100 hours of volunteer time.

We were proud to support the Ronald McDonald House and provide blood donations to those in need, and we extend our gratitude to our associates and vendors whose efforts made this event possible!

A special thank you to Flagship volunteers for lending a helping hand in our recent initiative with the Ronald McDonald House!

Together, we were able to provide craft, snack, and summer kits to families in the DE, AZ, and TX regions, bringing smiles and essential items to those in need. Your commitment to making a difference in the community is greatly appreciated!

➡What does AANHPI Heritage Month mean to you? Why is it important?
AANHPI Heritage Month focuses on the culture and history and celebrates the achievements of the people of AANHPI ethnicities; to share with the country and world that may otherwise be blind to it. It's important to me as I am able to shine a light on the tradition of loving, caring, and respecting family within the AANHPI community. It’s a beautiful bond of slowing down, being one with nature, and being at peace. Plus, all the food is so amazing.

➡What does having a diverse team mean to you?
Different backgrounds will always bring different perspectives and approaches. Having a diverse team allows for a broader vision with unique ideas and solutions while also facilitating growth with experience and knowledge.

➡Share a fun fact about you!
I want to go to all Major League Baseball stadiums; I have been to 8 so far!

We enjoyed a wonderful start to Associate Appreciation Day at our Tempe and Texas offices! Alongside wellness activities and volunteer opportunities, it was a day filled with gratitude and connection.
