Active Release is a muscle work technique used to treat soft tissue through movement. As you can see in this photo, pressure is applied while the patient moves their muscle from a shortened to a lengthened position. This is helpful for muscle tightness, pain, aches, and more! 🙌

Jim Upton was a long-time patient, and a beloved member of our Tuesday and Thursday Bible studies. His 95 years of wisdom challenged and encouraged the “youngsters”. He was full of one-liners that made you smile and lifted your soul! 🤗

After Jim passed away in 2022, the bench appeared by surprise one day in front of the clinic. Built by one of the members of the Bible study, it now sits by our front door to honor Jim’s memory, and to give you a smile on your way in. 😊 we hope you are encouraged by Jim’s words, just like we are!

Happy Easter to each + every one of you! 🙌 We hope today is filled to the brim with joy for you and yours. 🐣
