What goes flip-flop, flip-flop, flip-flop?



Hint-Hint:

It's not a cheap pair of rubber sandals that people wear when visiting the beach. Or a fish that gets hooked on the end of a baited line at the lake that moves side to side in an effort to get back in the water by breaking free.



The Answer:

A For Sale by Owner, who fails to follow through several times with a transaction because he’s not beholden to any stinkin' ethics, rules or regulations that guide our industry. Seems honesty is a bit too much to ask of him.



Then suddenly, like a mystical unicorn riding in on a rainbow, his 'agent' appears on the scene, changing all agreed-upon terms and conditions already outlined by seller and buyer. Negotiations go south quickly, as expected!



The FSBO now wants to list his house instead, after a voice whispered in his ear that he could get $150,000 more than current market value. He has a better chance of squeezing blood from a turnip, in my professional opinion!



Totally his choice though. Oh, there he goes…flip flop…flip flop…flip flop…
