Although a more tame choice than our previous offerings, this exceptional Gesha certainly lives up to the Allocation name. On the nose expect a delicate balance of florality and citrus, with red cherry and a candy-like sweetness. Although a natural, this meticulously processed lot from Julio Abel Arevalo Tello offers a wonderfully clean cup with vibrant notes such as Watermelon, Tangerine, and a rich Dark Chocolate when first brewed. As the cup has time to settle and cool expect a shift towards slightly heavier notes like Orange Creamsicle, Hibiscus candy, Overripe Blueberries and a slight woodiness, all followed by a Dark Chocolate finish.⁠

You can find some great tasting local beers from Wren House Brewing Company, SanTan Brewing + Distilling, Huss Brewing Company, OHSO Brewery- Arcadia and Goldwater Brewing Co.. Our kitchen at The Roastery is now open all day so come unwind after work with a drink. Cheers!

We've partnered with our friends lululemon at the Biltmore to offer free yoga classes outside our Biltmore cafe again this year. Yoga classes are every Sunday at 10:30am through January 26th. Join us tomorrow!
