Dear Jungle Kitchen Valued Customers,

For the past few weeks Jungle Kitchen had experienced increasing support from our local communities. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by amazing customers who support our restaurant in this uncertain time.

By 6 PM today we had received more than 350 orders. Normally we can plow through these orders by adjusting the wait time. Unfortunately, we encounter technical issues with our ticket printer at rush hour which pushes our orders out another 40 mins and increased our wait time to over 75 mins. We apologized for the long wait time and it is unacceptable. This is not what Jungle Kitchen is known for. Good customer’s experiences have been a core value for us since day one. It is a value we strive to exceed every time.

To our returning customers, we want to send our appreciation and thank you from the bottom of our heart. We would not get through this without you. We care about your experience and how you feel dining with us, and it is the worst possible time for this to happen. We worked hard to show our appreciation to all moms, who are the glue that hold their family together. We know we have a lot to work on and your support is our inspiration to try harder.

For our new customers, we are sorry this is the first experience you have dining with us. We hope you would find it in your heart to give us a second chance to make it right.

To improve, we have implemented a backup system for our ticket printing, purchase new equipment and limited 3RD Party delivery service to control our order flow. In addition, we are in the process of reviewing all of our items to streamline the processes in the kitchen and ensure our customers get the order promptly. Please bear with us while we make these changes.
