But, I do know this… the past few years have been quite challenging for many of us💔 I have openly shared that I have had with pre-existing health conditions that have caused me to take a hiatus from the people & things I love. After getting very sick again last year, some issues have been debilitating. ACTORS AWARDS 2023 HONORS BROOKE LEWIS BELLAS WITH THE ‘BEST VILLAIN’ AWARD & A GENEROUS JURY QUOTE

I am truly humbled to have been honored with the Actors Awards 2023 ‘Best Villain’ Award 🏆, but I am even more grateful for the career support & encouragement the Actors Awards’ Board has given to me over many years🙏🎭 They have gone above & beyond again by bringing me back with a nomination & gifting me this incredibly generous banner & quote🙏💜 I cried the other day when I received this, as it was unexpected & personalized but, more importantly, the depth of this quote & of my performance & work is all a true could wish for & work for🙏🎭💜🙌 I love the awards & so much, but in a current world where has often become overshadowed by “likes”… “ratings”… “rankings”… “social media videos”… etc., it means so much to me to receive complimentary validation for my acting craft & work I love so very much🙏🎭 I know many of my peers feel the same & I hope to inspire other to follow your hearts & commit to quality work the best you can🙌 With so many challenges in the world today & facing my own debilitating challenges the past year plus again, which have not allowed me to act & do what I love💜🎭, these reminder nuggets that show me that I have done some good work in my career, mean the world to me & my creative soul🙏💜🎭🙌 This inspires me more to do what I love & never stop when I get back to my life & career🙏 I wish for you to do the same🙌💜

I am incredibly honored to share another special that was announced at the 2023 the ‘Best Villain’ Award that I received for in the role of Violet in the “A Voice In Violet” 🏆💜 The extremely talented Ensemble cast recently won the ‘Best Voice Acting’ Award & I was humbly nominated, invited back, & honored with this unbelievable award in the lead role of Violet🎭💜 This is a unique & special honor to me for so many reasons🙏 As most of you know, I do not like to share my personal challenges here, as we are all going through challenges, and they are all relative & relevant🙏 If you have been reading my posts, you also know that I have been facing & other infections that have greatly affected me with my pre-existing health conditions. I have been on hiatus from acting, something I love so much, for over a year. I am doing everything in my power to heal to the best of my ability, so I can get back out in the world and be with the people I love and do all the things I love in this life🙏💜 I share this to explain how special this project & award is to me, as it helps me to continue to believe in my dreams and goals. As I mature in age, wisdom, and the acting industry, I want to continue to & be inspired by playing roles that excite me & fill my soul!🎭💜 I have always been in awe of the on & I dreamt of playing roles like this one day!🎭 So, I am manifesting healing & more opportunities to play the villain & bring you wonderful work & art in the future🙌💜 Until then, I would greatly like to thank the Actors Awards for so generously acknowledging me with this honor, my incredibly supportive talent management team at who believed in me even ill of health, my writer Curt Wiser who spent time with me developing this script & writing the role of Violet to create the opportunity for me to act in a layered character that I loved playing so much, & my for his detective magic🙏🎭 💜

"Our A Voice In Violet Audio Drama Thriller Podcast has been an unbelievable education for me in the narrative podcast world in Hollywood. Like many creatives, I was navigating the virtual and audio space during the pandemic. I had been in-talks with my Talent Managers at Bohemia Group to develop a full Audio Drama Series and have Philly Chick Pictures and I produce a project, while still quarantining, to keep me creatively inspired. I greatly appreciated Curt’s writing talents and was impressed with his expertise in Sound Effects. Curt had pitched me a few fantastic storyline ideas, I fell in love with A Voice In Violet, and we began our production development process in the fall of 2021. We spent ample time fleshing out this series and assembling the necessary components. I was blessed to have Casting Director, Alison Buck, sign-on to help me cast our talented Actors (I had dreamed of!) Bronson Pinchot, Nikki Blonsky, and Nelson Lee (Thank you, Kat Seigworth!), then I had to have my talented friends and associates, Eric Etebari and Wilson Jermaine Heredia, onboard, as their roles were written for them, along with songs from my darling Diva Songstress Fawn, and score from the wild musical mind of Composer Michael Trapp. We truly assembled a dream cast, as well as keeping our commitment to diverse and inclusive character development and casting. As an Actress, I loved playing Violet so very much. Curt wrote this role perfectly for me and I had so much fulfillment finding the layers of this character throughout the audio series.
