Loved working on this mountain rustic design home, with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, 6,527 square feet, on a 0.47 acre lot.

A great home for entertaining! The lower level includes a rec room with a wet bar, exercise room, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the rear of the home features a screened-in, heated porch and a large, elevated composite deck. Gorgeous views!

We love the townhouse projects we work on with Pitch Pine Building Co. This project is a 3-level, with 5 beds, 4.5 baths, light filled rooms throughout the 3,512 SF of living space. The top floor owner's suite boasts a separate den, fireplace and roof deck. Basement level includes a rec room, game area, bedroom, den and full bath.
