This is Occoquan Forest a neighborhood of 210 contemporary houses hidden on a heavily wooded peninsula on the Occoquan river, a little south of Cliffton VA. The community has river access and racks to store your kayak. The houses are n a range of designs and commonly feature cathedral ceilings, big windows and exposed beams. There are not many true Mid Century Modern houses on the market in the area right now. So instead you get to see another beautiful house from Holmes Run Acres. From the front this one is really pretty and fairly unassuming. When you get the side view you can see it’s pretty big.
