Practice update: Lauren has been in the hospital this past week. Symptoms began the first week of November. She is so grateful for all of her clients encouragement. She has obviously had to cancel about two weeks worth of sessions. We will keep everyone updated on when she will start seeing clients again. We are hoping for the week following Thanksgiving. She has the best clients ever, and she knows it! Thanks for your understanding and patience during this time.

I’ve had any clients ask how they should show up for their loved ones. The answer is as simple as this Bible verse. You don’t need to say anything wise. You don’t need to be stronger for them. You don’t need a complicated intervention. You just need to empathize and be present with them. 🤍

CBT is one of the most effective interventions against depression, anxiety, and most mood disorders! It’s very straight forward and easy to do with your therapist. If you can’t afford therapy, there are many books available to help you do it on your own!
