Checkout this awesome crawl space we insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation off Folly Road last weekend.

The previous fiberglass batt insulation had fallen throughout the area and could not be salvaged. The new spray foam exceeds required code R-value and lasts the lifetime of the structure!

Just finished removing old fiberglass insulation from a crawl space on Kiawah before a termite inspection. It is very common to find mold or other growth on the underside of your subfloor; here are a few examples. This is typically not a structural issue if treated properly with Boracare + Moldcare.

Wrapped up another awesome crawl space insulation replacement in John’s Island! Removed all the old sagging fiberglass and installed lifetime closed cell spray foam. Access was a little tight but it turned out fantastic!
