On behalf of the UT Knoxville Office of Alumni Affairs, we would like to welcome you to join fellow alumni and friends to the Charleston UT Knoxville Alumni Chapter. This is an opportunity for you to show pride and support for all things UT and to meet other people who love UT just as much as you do.
Don’t miss the Tennessee Vols take on Mississippi State this Saturday. And, bring non perishable items for our food drive.
Watch Party Details
Location: Kickin’ Chicken (downtown) — 45 Romney Street
Time: Watch Party kicks off at 6:30 p.m. // Game starts at 7 p.m.
The University of Tennessee Charleston Alumni Chapter will be collecting non-perishable food items to deliver to James Island Outreach. For every 5 items you bring in, you will receive one raffle ticket to the next raffle.
Consider donating items like:
Buttermilk pancake mix
Crackers (saltines)
Canned meat (Tuna, chicken)
Pork and Beans
Jiffy corn bread mix
Juice
Soup
Pasta
Toothbrushes/toothpaste
Reminder - we will have a watch party today for the Kentucky game at Kickin' Chicken (45 Romney Street) starting at 7:15.

We've received a lot of questions about a watch party for baseball. We have not organized anything formal but encourage everyone to support Kickin' Chicken in downtown Charleston OR Cantina 76 in Mt Pleasant which is managed by a VFL.

Enjoy a night out at the ballpark and meet incoming UT Knoxville students from the Charleston area at the pre-game tailgate. Stop by the big orange tent in the MUSC Hagood parking lot across from the stadium for circus-themed snacks, Tennessee swag, and the chance to share your advice and stories from Rocky Top with first-year students and their family members.
