Hey y'all. Dalila's is expanding the team and is hiring a Bar Manager. The position is going to be a mix of floor managing, bartending shifts, and admin. Pay structure will include salary, tipped shifts, monthly performance bonuses, as well as a commission structure for events with 2 weeks paid vacation a year. This will be about a 45-50 hour per week schedule, Monday - Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
