While we had a great time at Girls Night Out, it's Monday and we are back in the kitchen where we belong. (Not because we are women, but because it's our job.)🤣
We have already baked up some fresh Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip muffins and we are getting started on filling the Grab and Go cooler!

Girls Night Out - Charleston, WV was a blast!
I just want to say thank you to our 4 fabulous volunteers that helped make sure all of the 1k+ women got a chance to see what The Shape Shop Cafe has going on! Our guys looked great and the ladies....well yall came to party and looked FABULOUS while doing so.
We are so thankful to be a part of this event, and are already looking forward to next year's event!

Join her and her friends in a group environment and learn just how easy it can be and start feeling all the benefits of cutting out the processed foods that our bodies were never meant to be filtering.

We can't stress enough the importance of fresh and unprocessed.
Listeria is a dangerous bacteria that has been found in processed meats even high profile producers like Boars Head. They are considered the very top of the line.
Our meats, chicken, turkey, salmon etc are NEVER processed and not only are we proud of our quality but also that our foods are high quality and always have been. Two people have died from Listeria and that makes it all the more serious.
Whether you visit our shop at 706 or our food truck at various locations rest assured you are eating foods that are safe in addition to NEVER being processed.

That was fun. And hot. But definitely fun! We ❤️ seeing our little city come to life, and boy did it ever.
We want to tell The City of Charleston, thank you. Thank you for hosting such a great event. Charleston Sternwheel Regatta is back and is getting bigger every year! The City and the volunteers did a fantastic job. If youve never been behind the scenes on these events, then you cannot even fathom how much planning and cooperation it takes from the whole community.

Day 1 of Regatta was INSANE!
The City of Charleston, WV was packed! Shaggy brought everyone out!
And Day 2 is 4th of July, so there is no doubt today will be just as crazy.

And then.....Saturday's I ❤️ the 90s tour takes the stage. I'm betting that is the day that breaks records!
