Handling all incoming faxes and importing them into all systems necessary.
Handling all outgoing and incoming mail for the office.
Answering emergency hotline from the hospitals/outside physician offices and recording important patient consult messages for physician's/providers.
In charge of calling in requests for all maintenance issues in the office/repairs on machines when needed.
Ensure that all incoming referrals are placed in the correct chart and sent to the appropriate person for review.
