Sour Blackberry Raspberry is now on tap! Come and grab a pint or find it at your local retailer!

Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We take the same golden sour base beer and referment it with different fruit combinations.
Blackberry and raspberry, while distinctive, have highly complementary flavors. Explosive fruit notes erupt from the glass, and one is left with a quenched thirst, yet thirsty for more.

Apple Cider Doughnuts is back! This exciting seasonal beer is available now! Grab yours while you can!🍺🍎

It’s a long car ride up the switch-back roads of an autumnal mountain. The leaves are every shade of auburn, and as the car door opens, the cool mountain air envelopes your senses. Immediately, the sweet and spicy smell of apple cider doughnuts wafts towards you, from that unassuming shack on the edge of the orchard.

Trying to capture a quintessential Fall experience in a glass is tricky business. But we humbly offer you a seasonal brew filled with beguiling notes of cinnamon sticks, apple compote, and the ever-so delicate note of doughnuts in the background. Cheers.

We are offering this at $12/oz.

W.L. Weller Antique is known as "The Original Wheated Bourbon" and is a longtime favorite of enthusiasts due to its full-bodied character with remarkable balance for a 107 proof bottling. Sweet and floral notes abound up front with a vanilla and spicy finish. This particular bottle is from a single barrel pick done by our good friends at Gibby's Bottle Shop making this truly one of a kind and not to be missed. We are offering this at $7/oz. Prost! Our House Octoberfest is now available in the taproom and beyond! Stop by Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. or your local retailer to grab a taste of this seasonal delight. Cheers! 🍻

In homage to one of our favorite beer brewing countries and to one of our favorite festive styles, we humbly bring you a copper hued, German-style lager overflowing with notes of fresh, artisan-baked bread, lightly toasted marshmallow, soft red apple, and the faint hint of wildflower pollen on an Autumn breeze.

Brewed with the finest old-school, floor-malted barley we can get our hands on, and lagered for a silly amount of time, we hope our House Oktoberfest brings you as much joy as it does us.

The outline of the ruins could be made out through the thick jungle. The heat had been oppressive for weeks now, and the local wildlife had been worse. But with what remained of their expedition, the explorers began ascending the stone staircase, unaware of what awaited them behind the sealed marble doors.

The Lost Ruins is a dark and brooding barleywine, rested for untold eons in fresh bourbon barrels. Rising to its full power with piles of sacrificed cocoa nibs and hazelnuts, it can be expected to drench the consumer in notes of the most unctuous melted Rocky Road ice cream bars and bourbon glazed chocolate cakes. We hope you’re prepared.

Making a pact with an infernal entity is rarely as straightforward as it seems. Just as our sour red ale, Faust, had begun to spread its webbed wings and fly, it was drug back down to the depths of an oak-encrusted prison to mingle with a darkened barleywine, which itself had unceremoniously indulged in the juices of the blackberry. Diabolic indeed.

In this Faustian Bargain, expect a rich and heady mélange of flavors including oozing blackberry cobbler, milk chocolate, sour red candies, and hints of oaky vanilla. Be careful though, at 10% ABV you might get more than you bargain for.

I’ve Got 5 On It: Cherry Limeade

There’s nothing like five (or six, but who’s counting) groups of friends getting together with a shared goal. We at Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co., along with The Eighth State, Fonta Flora, Good Word, and Resident Culture have all come together to celebrate our friends at The Whale for the 5th Anniversary of their Greenville, SC location. Each of us brewed something very special for the occasion, and our contribution to the party is a sweet and sour callback to one of our favorite summertime beverages, an ice cold Cherry Limeade.

We hope you enjoy the candied lime and cherry flavors wrapped around a light and easy drinking sour ale center, and if you’re with friends, maybe you can just put 5 on it.

Dark Ritual:

The circles were drawn on the ground, and the chanting had begun. Into the depths of the blood red barrel an inky black elixir had been poured, and now there was just the waiting. Perhaps what emerged would be more forgiving than the last one…

We worked with our fellow ritualists at The Gathering Place in Chapel Hill, NC to concoct a brew of questionable intentions. At its heart, it’s a smooth black lager, but after a brief rest in red wine barrels, something far more sinister has emerged. Expect notes of malicious dark chocolate candies with red cherry centers and hints of malformed tiramisu.

Cordial Offering: Tahitian Vanilla

Through a dark forest, across a rotting drawbridge, in a dusty castle, there is an altar. On this syrup-stained altar are remnants of decadent treats from days’ past – candy bars, fresh pastries, splotches of powdered sugar. All have been offered, cordially, to those who delight in the gustation of such sweet treats.

This offering we make to you is a pitch black Imperial Stout loaded to the brim with exotic Tahitian Vanilla. Expect boisterous aromas of espresso martinis and the decadent depths of molten lava cake.
