We will be taking some time off during the holidays to relax, rejuvenate, and refresh.

REMINDER: Online booking available, If you DO NOT see an available time, please contact the stylists directly, personal numbers are available through our website.

‼️This is NOT new, our policies have been in placed since opening. Please understand that the time have been reserved especially for you. A automatic advance appointment reminder are sent out 72 hours.‼️

If you need to cancel OR reschedule your appointment, please be sure to give us 48 hours notice. This will allow other clients to book an appointment during the time slot.
Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 20% fee for the service(s).

Please call if you think you will be running late; tardiness can affect or delay time that has been reserved for you. Clients will be allowed a 15 minutes grace period, no call will results as a marked
"NO SHOW". Fees and deposit will apply as stated.

✂️“𝙉𝙊 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙒” 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮:
"NO SHOWS"will be charged a 50% of the reserved service amount.

If a deposit is made; no show, rescheduled less than 48 hours, the deposit is NON-refundable OR NON-transferable.

FIRST TIME NO SHOW
*A 50% is required to schedule your next service.
SECOND TIME NO SHOW
*A FULL amount deposit will be required for ALL future appointments.

Thank you to all of our wonderful loyal clients for your unwavering support over the past years - it has been a difficult time for us all.

As ever, we want to provide the best and safest service we can and so, the next few weeks, you may see a small increase on some services due to inflation and the necessary overheads involving in getting the salon supplies. As distribution increased and limited supplies, in which is out of our control. A price list will be made available on our online booking social media links and website.

We greatly appreciate your continue loyalty and support, and hope you understand the need to implement the increase.
