We are so incredibly honored to announce our 1st Place National CotY Award 2023 for Residential Historical Renovation/Restoration Under $250,000.

It has been a dream come true to be considered among such elite remodelers in our industry. One of our biggest goals when starting Hansen's Renovations was to strive to become a NARI member and win a CotY award. Pinch me!

Isn’t it amazing how much drama lighting brought to this project? Love this sunroom transformation with folding glass sliders. It is so beautiful at night! This was a fun project with and / incorporating in our stair risers. 🤩

T’was the night before grout and all through the house… 🎄🎅🏻🌟 It already feels like Christmas at our Magnolia project with cabinets from Baxter Cabinets and tile from Palmetto Tile of North Carolina going in the same week! This is the best part of any project when all of the pieces start to come together. Thanks to Habitude Interiors for making all of the most gorgeous selections for our clients. Hope everyone is ready to slow down and enjoy the holidays!

Sooo….this happened 🤩 This is our new office space in South End! If you’re in the area DM me and come say hi!! Definitely pinching ourselves that we found this space that is the perfect spot for us. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

What a pinch me moment! We won our first COTY (Contractor of the Year) Award from NARI Charlotte last night for a project we worked on with George.Hobel.Design and many other partners.

Our category was “Historical Renovation under $250k” and it was such a fun and challenging project. We had the best clients and such a fun and rewarding outcome. The award is the icing on the cake.

Proud doesn’t begin to express how we feel about this recognition. NARI is focused on excellence in remodeling and we are so grateful to be part of such a special group. We’ve come a long way in the past few years. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

Over the past few years we have had so many wonderful opportunities, but our incredible coach has really leveled up our business like nothing else.

I can’t say enough good things about the training, the other remodelers we have met or the sincerity of everyone involved. This program has moved our business forward and allowed us to have incredible growth that feels good instead of overwhelming.

Quick meeting with our clients to talk through some final details for their kitchen remodel. We are at the finish line and ready to wrap this up! One of the best parts of remodeling is to find yourself standing in the exact replica of the renderings from the very beginning of the project. Obsessed with this blue and white kitchen with so many fun details! Dreaming of cooking in such a relaxing and spacious kitchen. Lots of fun putting this one together.

Stair Refresh! Our client thought our stair planning meeting would be one of the more boring parts of her project but we left the meeting so excited for this update!

We decided to open up the wall at the bottom of the stairs and then added shortening the wall at the top of the stairs to make the landing feel larger. It is such an amazing transformation to the entry of their new home.

Good planning is the most important part of your renovation going smoothly and turning out exactly how you envision.

This gorgeous sunroom was in the works for the past year and all of the attention to details is certainly showing through!

You need a great plan for a great design to come together. We know everyone is excited to get started but starting before you’re ready is the WORST idea!
