Every month I share therapeutic music via a community effort by focusing on cancer prevention and support for cancer survivors in the Latino community.

At peace, grateful, relaxed, lighter, happy & grounded were a few of the words the participants shared about how they were feeling after the session today. Happy Friday, mis amores! 🌸 I hope you’ve had time to rest and recharge this summer. I’ve been unplugged in Europe with my husband and grown kids for over a month now, savoring quality family time.

Slowing down has always been a challenge for me, but it’s a vital part of my healing journey. I’m working on letting go of the belief that my worth is tied to constant productivity. Instead, I’m learning to embrace the beauty of just “being.”
