600 East Boulevard, Charlotte, NC.
Built in 1901-1902. No architect mentioned.
Latta was the key player in developing the suburb of Dilworth in 1890. By the next year (1891) he introduced electric street cars to the city, replacing the horse drawn carriages.
Latta later sold the Charlotte residence in 1923 and moved to Asheville, NC. He died in 1925.
The house was then purchased by James Addison Jones who owned it until 1950. The house and grounds were sold to the Holy Greek Othodox Church. A new sanctuary was completed in 1950 next door to the house.
