Here’s a project that we did with Cluck Design Collaborative. Concrete countertops, fireplace hearth, and screen walls by Reaching Quiet. Well done, Cluck!

We wrapped up a little design build project for the Argos office last week. Another fun, clean, and stunning job for a great group added to our arsenal. We designed and fabricated the cabinets, concrete counters, and steel and concrete island.

Here’s the other sink from our last post. This baby was fun and challenging to make. It’s why we do this.

We just installed this sweet concrete vanity with concrete touch-to-open drawer fronts and integral sink.

RQ works all over the US. We installed this kitchen with white concrete counters last month to a wonderful client.

I realized that I’ve never posted one of more complex concrete pieces we’ve made. The formwork was made with a custom rotational plaster jig which allowed the curved and undulating profile to be realized. All of 12 foot long structure is cast as one piece.

RQ just wrapped up a lot of blackened steel work and a concrete countertop with an integral sink for BB+M Architecture.

Just wrapped up this kitchen for Build Me LLC. It features our Chelsea Gray concrete countertops in a “high spray” finish (weathered) as well as an integral sink with the top extending through the window as an outdoor bartop.

TBT: 10 yes ago we made this hollow concrete cylindrical cabinets with LED lit party sink, walnut cap and curved lockable door, and velvet lined display spaces for championship rings for this client.

14 concrete ramp sinks in Chelsea gray and a community table custom made for Jeld-Wen Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Revisited this 2017 project the other day and finally have some photos to showcase how our work has held up over the years.

From conception to reception: we fabricated this concrete reception desk for the Marlowe in Charlotte, NC and were able to achieve a powerful presence in the space using a combination of two of our signature finishes, Rock and Cream.

We revisited a beautiful project that we installed a couple of months ago. It’s so nice to see how things come together after our part is done.

We completed these staircase screen walls, two of many elements for this great home in Charlotte, NC. Made from milled, stained, and machined poplar with blackened steel supports.

It’s been quite some time since we’ve posted. We’ve been busy and we are thankful for that! We fabricated and installed 19 concrete benches for the Medical University of South Carolina’s Children’s Hospital last week. Colorful and fun, we know they will provide many years of refuge for the children and their families.

We are pleased to announce that our latest interior design build project, The Warmack, is now open. We are proud of this endeavor in the midst of the Covid pandemic while bringing another great spot to the people of our neighborhood.

Our RQ team worked with Gensler to create these massive bookcases. They were handcrafted in our studio with copper, blacked steel, and reclaimed wood from Deloitte’s office space.
