I have loved every second of my time at Town and I am so thankful to have been given the chance to cook here. A big shout out to Mark, Allen, George and Brian for the opportunity. It is not often you encounter people in this industry that are dedicated, trusting and, most importantly, people who are genuinely invested in their employees. In my 16+ years in the industry I don't think I've encountered a group who cared more for their people than Town.
