This Anti-Inflammatory Bowl is LIFE!!
Each serving 1/4 cup and seasoned with only salt, pepper, and paprika!
Drizzled with EVOO and baked. The STAR to this dish is the crunchy chick peas that I coated in seasoned cornstarch for a little crunch, and texture!

So, I’ve decided to offer Vegan Bowls & Meal Preps
First Bowl is called The Anti- Inflammatory Bowl which helps those with gut issues such as myself. It has Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, Asparagus tips, Spinach, Chick peas, Brown Rice, and a vegan Balsamic Dijon Sauce.
I will also have other Bowls that will offer Proteins such as Seafood, and Chicken and an array of fresh Veggies! Fruit Bowls will also be available!
I am looking for 1 person to try these bowls with me for 7 days! Must be able to keep a journal of your experience with the bowls and provide honest feedback. Must be able to come get your bowls/preps and provide your own containers.
