Chef Tara is looking for someone to take over the lease in her Papi’s Puerto Rican Cuisine spot. (Her lease rate is way lower than current market value due to her lease is four years old) 👈🏼GREAT NEWS

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY..

There are THREE PARTS to taking over the lease.
1. Your concept has to not be in competition with anyone in our center. The landlord will not lease to just anyone. (Ex. The center cannot have two Mexican spots or two chicken spots or two ho**ah lounges)
2. Everyone wants to take over our lease. BUT the owner (Chef Tara) has to be paid for the assets that still remain in the restaurant. The person taking over the lease would have to buy the assets that remain in the restaurant from Chef.
3. Your financials need to be good or the landlord will not lease to you.
4. PLEASE READ 1-3 AGAIN 😆

If you are interested, you will have to email my broker as soon as possible. You will also have to be ready and we are looking to get out of the space yesterday. We are not looking for a "tire kickers" who just want to see the space. You must be serious and ready to sign/purchase assets. DM me for more info thank you!
