We've been busy training! We launched more courses for our Property Manager in Training and Service Manager in Training programs. We also hosted our monthly New Hire Orientation at the corporate office. We just love seeing our teams come together to learn.

🏆Damian got a head start on celebrating in Disney World, so he was not present to accept his Volunteer of the Year award in person.

Last month we hosted our first ever Leasing Summit for ALL of our Ginkgo leasing teams! Our Marketing Manager, Cayla Graffis, hosted a full day of sales and customer service training. We had breakout sessions with role playing and interactive learning. It was a blast and we can't wait to do it again!

On this Giving Tuesday, The Greater Charlotte Apartment Association went LIVE on Tuesday to raise money for the Crisis Assistance Ministry, and our very own Scott Wilkerson bravely chopped off his ponytail to help raise donations and donate his hair to children experiencing hair loss, symbolizing compassion and solidarity! 🌈💇‍♂️
