We are looking for high performers to join our lawn maintenance crew. We pay everyone based on the efficiency of the work they do with our Pay for Performance System. You can't make less than the $15 hour base pay, but pay can only go up depending on the speed and efficiency of your work.

Responsibilities will include:
•Lawn maintenance and care - being able to mow, edge, w**deat, and blow properties with excellence
•Landscaping- using ladders, trimmers and chain saws on bushes and trees. Mulch, spring and fall clean ups, Planting, and lawn seeding.
•Talking to clients, addressing their questions or concerns. Referring the clients to the owner or manager when needed.
•Helping with equipment maintenance when needed
•Good listening skills
•Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:
•Valid driver’s license
•A positive attitude and willing to learn
•An eye for detail
•Understanding that this is a very physical job that is outside and fast paced.
•Someone who can be with us long term
•One year experience is great but not needed. We are willing to hire anybody with a good attitude
