🕯🕯DIA DE LOS MU***OS A NIGHT OF REMEMBRANCE AT 🕯🕯

There will be free food and pan de mu***os by Edwin’s Organix and hot chocolate and coffee by Drip Joint. There will be an interactive art piece for kids and adults, a Day of the Dead altar and a screening of Coco. This is a family friendly event. The community is invited to bring a photocopy of a loved one who has died &/or items that are reminiscent of them (ex, favorite beverage/snack they loved or symbol of an activity they enjoyed) to add to the communal altar.

The event will take place at Nebedaye Farms. Nebedaye Farms is an urban farm located on 11 acres in Indian Trail. The goal of Nebedaye Farms is to address food insecurity issues and improve the quality of life in underserved areas of Charlotte. The farm is run by Bernard Singleton.

Date: Saturday, October 30 from 4:00 - 8:00pm (Movie begins at 6:00pm)
