Let’s talk about this river. Obviously it’s manmade, but it is salt water. There is an ocean inlet that lets everything in. There’s fish. Technically you could snorkel in here. You can also swim and rent kayaks and SUPs (for free). The beach is actually rocky, but it’s right there and honestly this is nicer. Bravo for the thought that went into this place.

I’m not mad about a margarita with these views.

Super impressed with the surf side cafe buffet for lunch. I usually hate the buffets on ships and leave a plate full of half eaten food. The food was great and it’s a beautiful, functional setting. Great job on this!
