We are thrilled to welcome Maddon Muhammad to our team this summer! He is currently studying Organizational Communication at UNC Charlotte. Maddon is an aspiring commercial real estate developer/broker. He is also a talented track athlete at UNC Charlotte, specializing in distance events from the 800m to the 10K, with aspirations to compete in the Olympics.

The Pass, located just one light rail stop from 36th Street Station in NoDa, features over 260,000 square feet of innovative office and retail space, high-end multifamily units, and modern amenities. This adaptive reuse project preserves the unique character and architectural elements of the original structures while offering state-of-the-art facilities, green spaces, and community-oriented design elements. 1828 E 7th St, located in the Elizabeth neighborhood, is under new ownership. The Nichols Company represented the buyer, and Durkin Commercial represented the seller.

Roberts & Richmond PA acquired the office building for their new headquarters. The law firm is currently located off Central Ave, where they’ve called home for over 20 years.

“We’re excited to establish a presence in Elizabeth and to be in a building with just as much charm and character as our Central property,” said Managing Partner Polly Richmond.

We're excited to share that Shops at Freedom will soon welcome two new stores: Five Below and Aaron’s. Five Below will occupy a spacious 11,000-square feet and will offer a diverse selection of items, all priced under $5. Aaron’s will occupy 6,600 square feet providing an array of lease-to-own furniture and electronics. With these new additions, only one retail space measuring 6,500 square feet remains available for lease.
