The future of healing is frequency. Frequency is the pattern of a repeating wave. Everything has a frequency: light, heat, sound, and your body. Using your own body energy, light, and heat to heal itself. No needles! But using acupuncture points. I have been using Lifewave patches for a couple of years now. To relieve nausea, pain, stress, and trouble sleeping. The patches absorb your own infrared heat and reflect it back with specific frequencies for healing. Please let me know if want to learn more. 😁⚡️🌈 I was a math major and a physics minor at the University of Virginia. E = MC^2. This picture made me laugh. Reminds me of the book that Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra. It is very interesting, though dense to get through, that compares modern physics to ancient eastern philosophy. Chinese medicine uses a lot of the philosophy in showing patterns for how the world and our bodies minds and souls work. Thousands of years ago wise souls understood the nature of the universe, long before Albert Einstein and other fathers of modern physics.
The only two times I have seen rainbow clouds have been above my offices in Staunton. I haven’t seen one in years but I was very excited to see this this evening. I did fiddle with the color adjustments on my phone to make it more vibrant

Pain is a reality... But it is also an OPINION. Pain represents your brain's opinion of how much pain you should feel at that exact moment in order to survive and be protected.
Your brain reaches this opinion by answering a whole series of questions. It doesn’t just assess whether or not there’s tissue damage... it looks at whether you’re able to focus on this pain or not, how afraid you are of pain in general, how well-equipped your body is to heal itself, what it might cost you in your life to deal with this pain, and more.
Pain is your brain’s opinion of danger, and that opinion does not always reflect reality. YOU CAN INFLUENCE that opinion by updating your brain's facts at any given moment. Remind your brain that you are SAFE, that pain is NOT necessary to protect you right now, and that YOU can handle whatever danger is in front of you.
Thoughts and emotions are extremely powerful. 
We all have fleeting fears about what COULD happen in the future...but dwelling on them could be doing more harm than you think.
Brain scans have shown that the same regions of our brain light up when we ENVISION something terrible happening as when we EXPERIENCE something terrible happening.
The good news? We can use this information to our advantage. Spend time each day envisioning the BEST case scenario and see what happens.
It's not about "thinking your way out of pain"...it's about shifting which brain centers are active (which, by the way, CAN actually make a difference in the intensity of your pain).
I use and recommend this app! Even has guided meditations for kids!

Have you ever noticed that pain seems to flare up when you're feeling the pressure of perfectionism? Or if your pain is pretty constant, perhaps it's worth asking yourself if perfectionism is a constant state of mind that you live in? 🤔
Perfectionism can keep the nervous system in an ongoing state of urgency, anxiety, and tension. This can lead to the release of stress hormones and easy activation of “fight or flight” mode in the brain. This ALONE may be enough for the brain to sense a threat, decide that it needs to protect you, and start sending pain signals. Alternatively, if any other pain happens to come around while you’re feeling the pressure of perfectionism, your body may be overly-responsive to it.
The good news is, there's an antidote to perfectionism, and that is SELF COMPASSION. 💞 Learning to have compassion for yourself in life (and in healing) can go a long way. Remember – you don't have to heal "perfectly" or on a schedule. Flare-ups are opportunities to try new techniques that will calm your nervous system, turning those pain signals off again.

I do not know anybody who has tried that, so I am not endorsing it. But I’m sharing it as an option for people.

I’ve only just started day four, but I can’t not express enough how much I love this app. If you’re struggling at all with sleep, stress, pain, grief, anything in life, this app has amazing tools.  It has so much more than what we typically think of meditation. One of my favorite tools is the ocean wave experience. My phone vibrates to the sound of the ocean so I not only hear it but feel it.

Tongue observation is one the major pillar of TCM diagnosis because it provides clearly visible clues to the patient’s disharmony. And it is quite reliable.
Tongue observation is based on 4 items:
- The body colour: indicates the condition of blood, Qi & Yin organs.
- The body shape: indicates the state of blood & Nutritive Qi.
- The coating: indicates the state of the yang organs and pathogens.
- The moisture: indicates the state of the body fluids.
Tongue Map Areas: various areas of the tongue reflects the state of the organs.
- Tip: Heart
- Front: Lung
- Centre: Spleen & Stomach
- Sides: Liver & Gallbladder
- Root (back): Kidneys, Bladder, Small and large intestines.
