It’s peak season for Virginia produce and we are so happy to be working with so many local farms to ensure food doesn’t go to waste!

We’ve made ours into plumb bordelaise in the past, but you can also pickle them, cook them down with sugar to make a delicious cocktail syrup, or bake them into a cobbler. The possibilities are endless!
