“We were struggling to close on our dream home with a large National Lender. A Title issue delayed the process for two months past their proposed closing date. We had committed to the move from NH to VA on that date and ended up with all of our belongings packed in trailers and trucks, paying hotel and living expenses for weeks.
Eventually our Agent suggested a new Lender, specifically Jake Adler at NFM was the best solution. Immediately we agreed and within minutes Jake had already looked into our case, spoke with his Team, and contacted us. There were constant communications , extensive knowledge, timely solutions, and exact guidance for us ! In a matter of 10 days Jake was able to accomplish what our previous lender was not able to finish in 90 days!! Unbelievable support, friendly advice and manners, and a supreme work ethic, there are no words good enough to express our experiences with Jake Adler at NFM!! 3. Supply and demand. When a product has more buyers than inventory that product goes up in value. So buy a home at a higher rate now, and watch your equity sore when rates come down. You cant refinance principle but you can refinance interest.

4. Buying power. Right now with less buyers in the market sellers are more willing to negotiate! If that mean on price or maybe even some seller credits to help you with closing costs so you have less money you need to bring to the closing table!
