We mill our Montana Grains daily - insuring that the healthy oils stay intact in the wheat - our breads offer more nutrition, and are easier to digest. Our grains are not sprayed with pesticide before harvest, and have never been genetically modified. You can taste the difference, and your body will LOVE the benefits from our freshly milled whole grains.
Our bakers create breads with passion and pride. Owning the Charlottesville Great Harvest since June 2016 has been a privilege for us - as well as a leap of faith. After being in the grocery business for 30 years, and raising three children in Western Pa., we relocated to Charlottesville Virginia to offer healthy, whole grain breads to the community. We love our customers, and enjoy the gorgeous valley we now call home.
