The building's last beam, painted white and signed alongside the American flag and a potted tree 🌳 (a long-standing ritual in construction) flew into the air from the crane, and was set right on its mark. Congratulations to the Region Ten Louisa team on this exciting milestone! 🏗️📸

Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of seeing a long-awaited project be dedicated to its honorees. “The Grove,” is a terrace in Mcintire Park Charlottesville, honoring the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Leaders of the Year.
"After many hurdles in getting The Grove project started, the partnership of Peggy Van Yahres, Water Street Studios, Charlottesville Parks and Recreation, and our MH Preconstruction Team paid off with yet another wildly successful project. The Grove is a beautiful bluestone terrace monument to honor the truly inspirational members of our community, located in McIntire Park rich in history and amongst towering trees, created utilizing boulders sourced from the old Woolen Mills dam." - Cody Cataline, Martin Horn Project Manager
