Twin Muffins for a pool day? ☀️Yes please. I have been making these muffins for years and they are a staple in our house. They freeze very well and when we go somewhere, I just grab a couple right from the freezer - they’re ready to eat in just an hour. Each muffin contains 1/4 cup of organic veggies and 1/4 cup of nuts. I use organic certified gluten free oats so these muffins are gluten free. I also added some chocolate chips for fun. Currently Lukpla’s Loaves has 2 gluten free items, Twin muffins and Cardamom-Apricot-Walnut granola.

Winner winner focaccia for dinner!
Our sourdough focaccia is chewy and soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Super versatile! We love to have it with salad or soup. My kids will eat it by itself like pizza. Well, with tomatoes, basils and bread, think we got all the elements 😂

If you like hearty, bread filled with plenty of crunchy nuts and seeds, Danish Rye is for you. I like to serve it with smoked salmon and cream cheese or smoked fish spread and dill.
