MN Beer Day Update: Get Your Collector Pint Before They’re Gone!

Minnesota Beer Day is off to a fast start here at Schram Haus. Grab your collector pint glass while you can and fill it up with our brand-new Apple Barrel Aged Sour.

This unique sour combines our Haus sour base with local apple cider, aged to perfection in a freshly dumped Marquette wine barrel from Schram Vineyards. The result? A refreshingly light tart sip with delicate hints of cider and oak. Cheers to the flavors of Minnesota! 🍎✨

🍕 Saturday, November 2: Start with Pizza a las Brasas (12-9 PM), groove to Neville White (6-9 PM), and witness the epic Brewhaus Brawl – an armored combat event! Watch live, full-contact armored combat with knights in full medieval gear battling it at the brewery.

A note from our Brewer, Brian:

We're excited to participate in Minnesota Beer Day on November 1st. We will have collector pints filled with our one-time-only Apple Barrel Sour Ale. This tart but refreshing beer starts with our base sour, made with MN malted barley, wheat, and oats.

This base was blended with apple cider in a Marquette wine barrel from Schram Vineyards, where it underwent a second fermentation. The resulting beer is light and dry, with notes of apples, oak, and grape. It is light in color and body but big in tart flavors.
