Manchester Park Church of Christ

I am very saddened to learn of the discontinuation of Thanksgiving morning worship at Central Church of Christ, Chattanooga. It was at one of these services that I was convicted of my sin, and the same day I responded to the Gospel call. It has also been my privilege to preach at two of these Thanksgiving services, and for the past four years, it has been the only time that I have been able to fellowship with my church family of over 60 years.

On a much happier note, I am pleased to announce that the Area-Wide Churches of Christ Thanksgiving Service will be held Thanksgiving Morning at 9:00 at the Manchester Park Church of Christ building. We promise we will be through by 10:00, as the traditional closing time has been since 1960, in time for you to return home and finish your Thankgiving meal preparation.

We invite you to come spend an hour giving thanks for all the many blessings that our Lord has provided you with this year, and for all the ones that we know he will continue to provide you in the days ahead.
